If you receive a package from Amazon that you don't remember ordering, what would you do?

  

When I returned home from the ramen shop, a package addressed to me from Amazon had arrived.

However, I don't remember ordering anything.

I double-checked the address and the name, and it was indeed addressed to me.

I also checked my Amazon order history just to be sure, but I still hadn't ordered anything.

What could possibly be going on here!? 

I told my friends about this situation.

We thought about those possibilities of what could be going on.

We figured out three possibilities.

Possibility 1: Someone who is my fan or friend sent it as a gift.

Possibility 2: Someone who bears a grudge against me sent it as revenge.

Possibility 3: Just a delivery mistake by Amazon.

Let's consider each of these one by one.

First, possibility 1 case,

 Someone who is my fan or friend sent it as a gift.

It’s called 

‘The gift I love you, Fuji❤

This case is simply a happy one, isn't it?

How happy it would be if this were the case...

But this is impossible.

Because I haven't shared my wish lists with others.

That’s why This possibility doesn't exist.

Second, possibility 2 case,

Someone who bears a grudge against me sent it as revenge.

Too much scaryyyyy!!

It’s just simply scaryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!

Someone who bears a grudge against me ~

 To take revenge on me ~ 

Packed hazardous materials in a box ~ 

And using the name of Amazon ~

Then sent it to me ~

It’s called 

‘The gift I’ll never forgive you…’

Horrible!!

I hope it's not that...

Third, possibility 3 case,

Just a delivery mistake by Amazon.

If that were the case, I'm going to try not to get angry.

People complain when mistakes are made because they feel their expectations were not met or the outcome was not as they anticipated.

 Usually, when things go wrong, people tend to think more about the reasons and consequences, leading to expressions of dissatisfaction or discomfort. 

On the other hand, when things go well, there is no need to think much about it, so they don't particularly pay attention.

Most people might think, "They messed up, damn it!"

But

I want to become the kind of person who can say,

'Out of all the times I've shopped here, there's only been one mistake this time. Thank you for always delivering properly.'

I decided even if the situation was a possibility 3 case, I wouldn't be angry.

Actually, I reported this situation to Amazon customer support.

Amazon responded.

'Thank you, we have received your submission.

We are sorry to hear that you've been receiving packages that you didn't order. Our team will now investigate and take appropriate action. This will take up to 10 days. If you receive further unwanted packages, please submit another report with the tracking number(s) on the package. There's no need to return any items you receive.'

Amazon is currently investigating the cause.'

I will find out the cause of this situation in 10 days.

Once I find out the result, I will report it on this blog.

I hope it’s case 3...
